Overview

Lanzhou, capital of Gansu Province, historically called Jincheng, is the only provincial capital where the Yellow River flows through the city center. Zhongshan Bridge is the first iron bridge on the Yellow River, a century of history witnessing the city's transformation. The Yellow River Mother sculpture is Lanzhou's iconic landmark. Lanzhou beef ramen is nationally famous, its 'one clear, two white, three red, four green, five yellow' standard a culinary classic.
